KQ Fresh is an airport-to-airport service designed to cater for transportation of perishable products such as fresh fruits, flowers, vegetables, fish, meat and dairy products, in the most efficient and reliable way possible to ensure product freshness and cool-chain integrity is preserved.

We have a cool chain facility with temperature controls ranging between 2-8 degrees Celsius.
Information about the movement of your perishable shipment will be available to you via our track and trace system that is on our website after flight departure.

Air waybill issued by the airline.
Phytosanitary certificate issued by the Inspection Authority in the country of origin.

Bookings should be made at least 48 hours before flight departure.
Perishable cargo is accepted through an export agent.
It is important to go through a reputable forwarding agent for perishable cargo. Such an agent will be able to negotiate the most favourable rate with the airline, give you a comprehensive quotation, advise you on all the export formalities, documentations and other requirements for your shipment. The agent will obtain booking confirmation, take you through the customs process, take care of all the formalities at the departure and will present your cargo for acceptance to our Ground Handling Agent (GHA).
