KQ Cargo COVID-19 Statement-June 2020

Dear Valued Customer,

COVID-19 has posed unprecedented challenges to the world, including the international air transport sector.

In this context, we at KQ Cargo have put in place a plan to protect our employees and customers to ensure business continuity.

Since the COVID-19 crisis began, air cargo has been a vital partner in delivering much-needed medicines, medical equipment (including spare parts/repair components), and in keeping global supply chains functioning for the most time-sensitive materials. We have been in the forefront of providing solutions within Kenya, regionally and international markets by regular deploying our dedicated cargo freighter operations, utilization of cargo capacity in passenger aircraft, and relief flights to affected areas.

We have made changes in how our employees work with a view to comply with government confinement regulations and resourced our staff (with mobile phone, laptops and software) to be able to work remotely where necessary, with minimum disruption to our business.

Our management team is in constant contact through daily virtual conference calls with a view to monitor local and global development that enable us to take pro-active decisions and more important seek opportunities that benefit our customers.

We ask you to visit our website regularly for latest information on new scheduling opportunities as they arise.
