The Kenya Airways Cargo Mail product is tailor-made to cater for the uplift of Post Office mail which includes postal items as defined by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) convention. This product is offered to postal administrations and mail agents only and is an airport to airport service

1.Late cut-off times for acceptance (2hrs prior to STD)
2.Expedited delivery (1hr after actual arrival time)
3.Specialized handling for all shipments
4.Dedicated sales, handling and customs teams
5.Advance reservations not required for shipments below 500kg
6.Maximum shipment size as per agreed allocation*
7.Maximum weight per mail bag is 30kg and 31.5kg per loose parcel*
8.Available to all KQ online destinations*

Dimensions should be as specified by the UPU/IATA standards i.e. they may not exceed 1meter in any one dimension.

6.Vulnerable Cargo
7.Booking Requirements
8.Advance reservation required only for shipments above 500kg
